Day 04 Manthale - Simigaon 17 Gorepsep - Kalapathar - Gorepsep
Day 05 Simigaon - Cyalche 18 Gorepsep - Everest Base Camp
Day 06 Cyalche - Beding 19 Everest Base Camp rest
Day 07 Beding - Tso Rolpa 20 Everest B.C.- Lobuche
Day 08 Tso Rolpa - Tram Bau 21 Lobuche - Dingboche
Day 09 Tram Bau - Tashi Laptsa 22 Dingboche - Tengboche
